It is important for every founder and every core member of the team to imbibe basic customer relation skills as it helps to smoothen the relationship between the startup and its customers.

The key to success in achieving customer satisfaction is communicating effectively and managing customer relations.

In terms of customer relation, it is important to note that interacting with your customer is not an avenue for you to pitch your services, it is a way for you to get to know more about your customers and their needs. It helps you gather more information about how best to improve your services and user experience.

Conducting “a user interview” is the best method to relate with your customers. This could be in form of a survey which is carefully curated to center around the user’s past experiences, problems, tried solutions and their opinion concerning existing solutions.

The response you get from your user would in turn help to brand or rebrand your services to cater for the needs of the users.

There you have it,
Customer satisfaction can only be achieved with effective communication
I hope this has helped you
